Data Deletion & Privacy Requests

Effective 3 October 2026

You can ask Measure (Maven Innovation Ltd) to delete your personal data, send you a copy, or correct it. This page explains how to ask, what happens next, and what we do and don’t keep. It supplements our Privacy Policy (see section 9, your rights). People in the UK, the EU and California, and anywhere else the law gives you these rights, can use it; we apply the same process for everyone.

1. How to make a request

  • Signed in (fastest). Go to Settings → Privacy & data and choose export or deletion. Because you are signed in, we already know it is you.
  • Not signed in, or no longer have access. Use the form below. We will confirm it is you by email before we act.
  • By email. Write to hello@measure.co from the address on your account.

You can also use any of these to ask for a free-tool or marketing record to be deleted, for example if you only gave us your email to receive an AI visibility report.

2. Make a request

What would you like us to do?

3. How we confirm it is you

Anyone could type your email into a form, so we never delete on an unconfirmed request. Requests made while signed in are confirmed automatically. For all others we write to the address on the account and wait for your reply, and we may ask a question only the account holder could answer. We will not ask for ID documents unless there is genuine doubt.

4. What deletion covers

When we complete a deletion request we delete or disconnect:

  • your account, sign-in and profile;
  • the workspaces you own and everything in them: projects, tracked prompts, scan results, reports, API keys, usage records and Agent M conversation history;
  • access we hold to services you connected, such as Google Search Console and Analytics, which we revoke;
  • your subscription, which we cancel, and your customer record at our payment provider (Stripe);
  • your analytics profile in PostHog, if you accepted analytics (PostHog completes this on its side, which can take a few days).

If you share a workspace with other people, we will contact you before deleting anything so that ownership can be transferred or the shared workspace dealt with deliberately. If you are only a member of someone else’s workspace, your membership is removed and their workspace is left alone.

5. What we keep, and why

  • Financial records. Invoices and payment records are kept by us and Stripe for as long as tax and accounting law require.
  • Anonymised and public data. Answers from AI engines to public questions, and aggregated statistics, carry no link to you or your workspace once your data is deleted, and are kept.
  • A record of your request. We keep a short record of the request itself (your email, what you asked for, and when and how we responded) for as long as needed to show we handled it lawfully.
  • Backups. Deleted data disappears from backups as they age out, within 90 days.

6. How long it takes

We respond within 30 days of receiving your request. If we need longer because the request is complex, we will tell you why. Deleted workspace data is gone from live systems when we complete the request, and from backups within 90 days, in line with our Privacy Policy. We will email you when it is done.

7. Other choices

  • Marketing email. Use the unsubscribe link in any email from us, or ask above.
  • Cookies and analytics. Change your choice any time in our Cookie Policy settings.
  • Selling data. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of.

8. If you are not happy

Tell us first at hello@measure.co and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
