Effective 3 October 2026
Maven Innovation Ltd (trading as Measure) respects intellectual-property rights and expects our users to do the same. This page explains how to tell us about content that infringes your copyright, and how we handle those notices, in line with the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and equivalent laws in the UK and EU. We act on a properly made notice wherever you are based.
Measure stores material that customers put into their workspaces (for example prompts, brand descriptions, reports and content they create), and shows the answers AI engines give and the web pages they cite. Measure does not control what AI engines say or which pages they cite. If you own copyright in something that appears in a customer workspace or shared report on our service and you believe it infringes, you can send us a notice.
Email hello@measure.cowith the subject “Copyright notice”. To be valid, your notice must include:
Please do not send notices about material that is not on our service; we can only act on what we host. A notice that is missing these details may be delayed or declined.
We review each valid notice promptly. Where appropriate we remove or disable access to the specific material, and we notify the account holder and give them a copy of the notice, which includes your contact details. By sending a notice you accept that we may do this. We keep a record of notices and our response.
If you are an account holder and believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to hello@measure.co containing:
We will send the counter-notice to the person who made the original notice. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have started court action, we may restore the material between 10 and 14 business days after receiving the counter-notice.
In appropriate circumstances we will close the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. See our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service.
Knowingly sending a false notice or counter-notice can have legal consequences, including liability for damages. If you are not sure whether material is infringing, consider getting legal advice before you send a notice.
For trademark or other intellectual-property complaints, or if you think a source you own is shown wrongly in a report, email hello@measure.co and tell us what you see and where. For privacy requests, see our Data Deletion & privacy requests page. Our wider terms are in the Legal Notice.
Note: this page is general information about how we handle notices. It is not legal advice.
