Starter, Pro and Advanced can research any domain. Basic researches your own project's domain, which still shows the competitors you rank against.
How are SEO research lookups charged?
Each lookup shows its credit price before it runs and only charges on a fresh fetch. Results are saved, so opening the same lookup again while it is fresh is free, and calls that fail are refunded.
